I also appreciated the well-organized database, which provided quick access to all essential information.
A minor inconvenience arose when the lock on my room door wouldn’t open at 8 pm, causing a brief moment of frustration. While this issue was quickly resolved, it slightly disrupted my evening plans.

Had an enjoyable stay during public holidays, glad I've chosen it. The staff were wonderfully helpful and the pool was clean. Its location was comfortable, really close to food outlets and resturants and petrol stations as well as the sugarland mall. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby...

The room was comfortable and clean, with nice sheets and a clean bathroom. the location is great—quiet at the back of the property and close to family. We appreciated being moved to a room with a mini bar for convenience.
Shower was broken, and Wi-Fi did not work. Pool and spa were out of order.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was great. Greatly enjoyed the price of our deluxe twin room with 3 beds and its essentials. The hotel was quiet and serviceable and in a central location. The stay was absolutely excellent.

I’m not sure if my GPS got confused or I did, but arriving was an adventure on its own. the room had a comfy mattress, which is key after a long drive. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee—perfect for an Aussie caffeine fix. the pool was sunny but could use a tidy-up. Despite some hiccups at check-in and a few cleanliness quirks, I'd give it another shot. After all, a view of the ocean makes any stay better, right?

It was a good 3.5 star motel where everything worked and it has plenty of room.
Nothing. minibars are so seventies and we don't use them.
